Badges are your business card at the next conference! They represent personalities at business events. They are usually worn around the neck or attached to clothes for greater visibility.
They are made from high-density and high-grammage papers, and the print can be single-sided or double-sided. They are added with matte or gloss laminate for higher durability and protection from external conditions. The sizes include both standard and less commonly used ones:
  • A6 (105x148mm)
  • A7 (74x105mm)
  • 54x85mm
  • 105x135mm
  • 100x150mm
Coming soon on print.bg you can also order badge lanyards!

What is the most commonly used size for badges? – Badges most commonly use A6 (105x148mm) due to their small size and quantity.

Should I choose double-sided or single-sided printing? – It depends on your advertising file and the impression you want to leave on the competition, but we offer double-sided printing – it's the most sought after and effective for successful advertising purposes.

What paper is suitable for badges? – You can choose 250-gram matte chromo paper, as it allows for matte/gloss lamination and feels more quality to the touch.

Before sending your file for printing, you need to follow a few requirements. Regardless of the design program you use, when exporting or saving the file, pay attention to:
  • Color – When exporting, select CMYK as the color model;
  • Resolution – The file resolution should be at least 96 or ideally 300 dpi;
  • File – Preferably export in PDF or, if there is an issue, also in JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS;
  • Text – The font size should be at least 8 pt to be readable on the print. Let's act boldly!
  • Lines – Minimum line thickness of 0.5 pt (1/2 pt) to be visible on the print;
  • Printable area – When printing and cutting to the exact size with an outline, leave at least 2 mm on each side of the image background to avoid a white border upon cutting or affecting the design. Keep in mind that the cutting line should be along the entire length of the print and be visually visible 2 mm inside (with a distinguishable color from the print – e.g., a yellow outline on a dark background).
